The Release of the Empires Design Document: A Great Event for the Mod and Its Players
By D. Kruse, May 24, 2012
In the month of February this year the progressive and democratic-progressive users mobilized under the mass-based work of the Empires League advanced the call for the publicizing of the original design document of the mod which was written in September 2004. In February last year Mr D noted that “the failure of the Deeists to creatively apply the [design] document towards the progress of the mod, and instead they condemn it.”(1) Such was proven to be the case this year as well, with Trickster avowedly admitting that it “isn’t followed at all” and that the Deeist “developers” “just do shit as it comes up.”(2) The mentally unstable Chris0132 and other “theoretical” apologists of Deeism sided with him. In contrast to this Mr D noted that the design document fundamentally differs from the anarchic non-development practiced by this self-serving clique. Accordingly the move to publicize the design document was taken with Mr D at the head of efforts. Viroman, A-z-K, Predator and others sided with this call and the defense of the old document from obliteration at the neglectful hands of Deeism. In 2010 and 2011 the Deeists had declared the document “private” and showed it only to each other but it became apparent that this was not a valid claim to make nor could the Deeists afford to make it.
On May 22 Viroman made a post after two months of footdragging by the Deeists which brought the issue out to the fore once more. Trickster who had feigned an intention to release the document in February was now forced to do so. It was released today to popular acclaim, and as a document it is both well-written and contains a clear message: “I believe the most important aspect of Empires development is of its planning.”(3) Many users were surprised that what was envisioned was not implemented owing to years of neglect and a proud adherence to disorganization by the Deeist clique. Now this document which the Deeists have belittled has inspired the progressive and democratic-progressive users to carry on forward knowing that their course for the regeneration of the mod is correct and consistent with the traditions of its earliest developers.

The Anti-Mod and Anti-User Stands of Kylegar Are in Contradiction to the Facts at Hand
By R. Dasgupta, May 25, 2012
Throughout the seven years in which Deeism has existed it has always sought to justify its own existence through all sorts of apologetics, not only from leading Deeists but also from their degenerate allies and sycophants. The overriding task of the agents of Deeism has been to make it appear “normal,” everlasting and in fact fully justified. The “theories” of Jn., Chris0132, and various others have failed to do this, just as the “theories” of Kylegar who defends Deeism likewise fail to do so. It is necessary to expose Kylegar’s false claims which are openly peppered not merely with defeatism but also definite anti-mod and anti-user sentiments, as he himself has permanently banned a number of users who dared to defend the mod and its whole community from Deeist domination. He does this because he is on friendly terms with various Deeists, because his conception of “development” is equally bastardized with the conceptions of said Deeists, and because of his own anti-social nature which prohibits him from actively taking part in the affairs of the community.
Kylegar has always expressed openly defeatist sentiments. In a July 31, 2010 conversation with Mr D, for instance, he stated that “the mod will die” and was not vague, saying that, “I see less than a year of life in empires.”(1) In this same conversation he praised “King” Empty, which is not surprising as he alongside the “King” and Brutos occupied the Blackhole proper in August that year and proclaimed the “Snailhole”(2) as its degenerative replacement. It is obvious from his conversation with Mr D at the time that Kylegar had no ability at leading or developing anything. He berates others for not adopting arbitrary “quotas” set only by himself. He praises the “King” while admitting that he is a troll. He presented himself as an “independent” personality unconnected to the struggle between the progressive and democratic-progressive users on one side and the Deeist clique and its allies on the other. Since that time Mr D’s words have been fully confirmed, “Kylegar is not a man who can magically posit an existence outside of the main forces at work. He can vacillate if he wishes, but he cannot tear himself from them.”(3) Time has shown he has always firmly been in the ranks of the Deeists and his ridiculous views on mod “development” are nothing more than grist in the mill of the Deeist demagoguery machine.
Today Kylegar presents himself as a man who recognizes “unpleasant truths,” that the mod is “dead” and other falsities. To provide “proof” that the mod is “dead” he must resort to a strange “logic” which “proves” this “fact.” Today he says that, “I rarely visit the forums. Empires has been dead for the better part of a year, and no longer have any meaningful access to anything.”
He does not in any way see the community of a game as being relevant, and tells users who seek the betterment of the community only this: “Make a community before you make a game. That is exactly how it works. The games have had communities. You rarely see communities that have games, unless they were brought together by one game in particular.” Such are the “arguments” of Kylegar that the mod is not only “dead” but that the state of the community has nothing to do with this “deadness” (which is actually pronounced stagnation) and that it is only the game that matters, not who inhabits its servers and forum, its clans and IRC. Common sense would prove the falseness of this claim of Kylegar’s, as various users can attest to. Is it not a fact that the community is experiencing a wave of apathy and defeatism? As ScrewTheRulesIHaveScience points out, “The Devs arnt [sic.] really ‘playing’ the game and listening to the really good conversations we have in spectator sometimes. The community seems to like sitting in spec and chatting rather than playing the game.” It reminds one even of “Viscount” Grantrithor, for when the reactionary RampantAndroid took words by Mr D out of context to show that he “never played Empires” and made a post concerning this as a way to “refute” Mr D, Grantrithor replied, “that post can apply to many people here.”(4) This is clearly not the sign of a well-knit and energetic community, but one in the conditions of pronounced and indeed profound stagnation.
Kylegar’s words on the existence of communities are in direct contradiction to scientific-materialist analysis. Macoud in his recent work The Culture of the Empires Mod demonstrates that the community switched from a “reactive” one which simply sucked up whatever forces came in into an active one capable of developing on its own terms, which is a fact that stood for all to see until the onslaught of Deeism and its degenerative influences which were sanctioned in all fields by administrative and especially repressive measures. The only thing Kylegar’s words on the subject of the formation of communities around games demonstrate is that he never was a member of the community and was in fact hostile to it from the get-go. But this also serves a useful purpose for the Deeist clique, for Kylegar is also of the view that, because the community is essentially without worth or influence in the affairs of the development of the mod, that therefore Trickster’s words that anyone may join the “development” team no matter what are perfectly valid. Thus open racists and furries like Marshal Mash are just fine, trolls like “King” Empty who were permanently banned twice are likewise fine, and all this is indeed good so long as they “develop” in avowedly unplanned, uncoordinated, and individualistic directions and harm the entire community every step of the way. Thus let this “natural law” come to pass “though the whole world perish!”(5) Such is the inevitable logical conclusion of all the self-serving Deeist claims to dominate everything related to Empires, including its future.

The Stagnation of the Whole Community: A Policy of the Deeist Clique to Split the Mod
By Aly, May 26, 2012
Throughout the past two years the Deeist clique and its henchmen have demonstrated their desire to see the splitting of the mod, from Trickster’s ambitions for the revival of his “Dies Iræ” project to Mootant’s plots, to the plots of eth0 and the plots of a number of other, less memorable figures over the years from Kane the furry to the “Baron” Evil-Satan and others. Marcin, who today poses as a “developer,” said of Empires in January 2010, “Just let it die already, no use beating a dead horse.”(1) Trickster has gone so far as to say to a newcomer that, “The game is not dead, but this most recent patch may be the final one.”(2) In other words, it is perhaps time to “move” Empires onto “greener pastures,” their seeds laid by the Empty-Brutos sub-clique with Trickster as a leading member. But in fact Trickster has said on previous occasions that he would not seek an “Empires II” but a mod coming entirely from his own mind, one in which the Empires community along with its Blackholian counterparts would not be welcome at all, and must assimilate or suffer the consequences. Staffing the entire “development team” with loyalists from the Empty-Brutos sub-clique of Deeism would go a long way, in Trickster’s mind, towards eliminating any alternative courses for the whole userbase. Stagnation is but one policy the Deeists use in their efforts to split the mod and its community.
The whole userbase suffers from such stagnation while the Deeist clique profits from it. When threats to the continued stagnation of the community arise the Deeists are quick to intervene. Thus the Viper Server is harassed, the Empires League and the democratic movement of the Blackhole are repressed, any forward-looking initiative is ignored or belittled, while the Deeists are in positions in which, at the present moment, stagnation within the community does not harm their own vested interests. Therefore even when the amount of active users reaches a new low of 107 and “Princess” Celestia declares that “Empires is getting redone in UDK” by would-be splitters of the mod, the adherents to the Empty-Brutos sub-clique know well that they have the keys to the mod and that, as far as they can see, they have no reason to worry about anything so long as they are fully in control and are prepared to jettison the mod for good in favor of their own mod which would guarantee total domination for their sub-clique. From the vantage point of this sub-clique it is entirely permissible to have the mod and its community stagnate and thus bring about a “stability” which exists only for the Deeists while the whole community suffers from rising degeneration and ever-rising apathetic attitudes. The rival sub-clique, that of Solokiller-Jcw87 whose most prominent member today is Mootant, also sees stagnation as advantageous because they reckon it will allow Mootant or someone else in their service to emerge as a “savior” of the mod from “death,” though Mootant’s profoundly anti-social views make this harder than usual.

The Deeist Clique Allows Rumors of the “Death” of Empires to Spread
By Todg, May 28, 2012
As a result of the stagnation of the mod and its whole community, which has been ongoing since last year, many users have taken the view that the mod is not merely “dying” but even outright “dead.” The “Empires is Dead” Steam group, the words of Trickster and other leading Deeists who pose as “developers,” and the fact that the community is worsening under Deeist dictates serve as ample “proof” to misguided users as to this situation. The difference is in how the Deeists openly disregard the mod andcall for it to die. Guns and Wham-O, the founder of the “Empires is Dead” group, has said that, “Empiers [sic.] is like a yelping wounded puppy, we should do the humaine [sic.] thing and put it down.” This is to be differentiated from Codur of the MEG Clan who says that Empires is “dead” but regards it as a negative event, an event which transpired because of the irresponsibility of the “dev team.” Of course Empires is not dead but the Deeists make no effort to refute such claims, because they themselves either do not care or concur for self-serving and ulterior reasons. It does not help matters when Viroman, a democratic-progressive user at the forefront of the publicizing of the Empires Design Document, was ejected from the private development forum because of his views, having been removed from Trickster’s “friend list” on Steam months before because of his affiliations with progressive and democratic-progressive users. Of course this same private development forum is allowed to “enjoy” the likes of blizzerd who, in the official “dev” list, is defined as having “never really [been] a dev.”(1)
It is clear that the gross mismanagement of the mod and its whole community by the Deeist clique has allowed claims of the mod’s “death” to flow everywhere where the users are not conscious, while the efforts of the Empires League and the democratic movement of the Blackhole to reverse this situation are significantly affected by the unrelenting repressive activities of this clique. But the League is not afraid to continue its work, to continue also to publicize the mod itself and to carry on for the betterment of both mod and community. As Mr D has said, “The anti-user activities of the Deeists extend to all fields. As something essential for them to retain their hold on the community, they adopt at all times hostile postures against the democratic movement and the work of the progressive users, harassing them, intimidating them, etc.”(2) The struggle to reverse this trend can be crowned with success only through the mass-based efforts of the whole userbase united through the work of the League. The task of instilling scientific-materialist consciousness in the users is likewise a key task of the cadre of the League. It is our commitment to mass-based deeds as opposed to just words which makes the Deeist clique fear us.

The Deeist Clique Inspires Only Defeatism and Degeneracy
By Aly, May 19, 2012
The establishment of the Deeist clique in the year 2005 signaled to all conscious users the emergence of degeneracy as an organized force in opposition to the Empires Mod and its whole community. The words of Mr D that it is the masses who make history is completely distorted by the Deeists who posit that it is instead the “learned” men, the white men, the personalists, or any other “elite” grouping. Thus the Neo-Nazi furry Marshall Mash proclaimed that, “The past century will be known as the collective suicide of the white race,”(1) while during the London riots Trickster expressed his bigotry against the Irish.(2) At the time of the Haitian earthquake Chris0132 declared that ” people who get their phone stolen can feel just as genuinely miserable as someone who is on the verge of starving to death,”(3) and it does not matter that his words go directly against any scientific analysis of psychology, of pain or of other things, for Chris0132 declares that all truth is relative, that Nietzsche, Cecil Rhodes and others are role-models. As a “theorist” of Deeism he declared to the delight of its leading figures that, “Only admins get to say whether mods are doing right or wrong because only admins can do anything about it.”(4) Like other Deeists who say in words that they are against politics but in practice flaunt it openly, Chris0132 used this logic on the basis of his own personal worldview, which also defended Apartheid and the Holocaust on the grounds that the white supremacists and Nazis had the “power” and to go against it would violate that power, introduce the tyranny of the hoi polloi against the “libertarianism” of “natural life,” and other idiotic pseudo-philosophical rantings. Sprayer, too, is a racist, proclaiming the long-since discredited notion that blacks are “more agile” but “less intelligent,” etc.
The Deeist Clique is openly against the interests of the mod; leading “developers” openly state that they care not for it, but only for the “glory,” such as Mootant who sees it as a stepping stone to a better résumé. Mr. Turtle, a friend of Trickster, said yesterday in a conversation that he “don’t give a fuck” about Empires, while the degenerate animé lover Alucard said that “most of us accept that empires is dying.” But more indicative of the anti-mod course of Deeism is the formation of the “Empires is Dead” group founded on March 13 but only recently picking up steam. Within this group are a classical assortment of Deeist agents such as Paradox, Axeman, Youzy, Grantrithor, Hobbes, Candles, PatPeter, and so on, along with miscellaneous reactionaries and degenerates such as mrPolak, Spike, Beatandgo, Reznov, etc. Devourawr, another member, declared in this group: “Save us Mootant Wan Kenobi, you’re our only hope.” Such a decadent grouping is clearly calling for the “death” of Empires, not for its renewal and an end to the pronounced stagnation facing this mod and its whole community as a result of the anti-user and anti-mod policies of Deeism. At the present the Deeist clique’s “solutions” have been absolutely none at all, inspiring only defeatism and degeneracy in this community along with new plots to split the mod and the whole community, to pit one user against the other in such ways as to ensure the continued domination of Deeism over both and to still further strengthen the power of one sub-clique within Deeism against the other.

The Deeist Sub-Cliques Seek to Split the Mod Once More
By Kuzkin, May 21, 2012
The founding of the “Empires is Dead” Steam group, the continued stagnation of the whole community along with the mod itself, and the intensification of Deeist opposition to all the progressive and democratic-progressive forces capable of bettering both the community and the mod demonstrate more than ever the anti-user and anti-mod policy of the degenerate Deeist clique and its reactionary pretensions over both. Throughout the year 2011 the sub-cliques of Deeism, that is to say the Empty-Brutos sub-clique and the Solokiller-Jcw87 sub-clique with Trickster and Mootant respectively representing leading figures, plotted to split the mod between themselves, Trickster with his “Dies Iræ” and Mootant with his own plans. At this same time TheLiberalElitist and others also sought to “save” Empires on their own terms and worked to split the mod as well either out of misguided yet good intentions or out of demagoguery. Today efforts have grown to split the mod and its whole community as false claims regarding the “death” of Empires are fanning up once more. In July 2011 Mr D pointed out that, “The coming crisis in Empires, it must be said, will not and can not spell the ‘death’ of Empires. In January last year I spoke out in defense of the mod against those who proclaimed that it was ‘dead,’ and our democratic movement—then just getting out of three years of stagnation under Constitutionalist renegadism—worked to mobilize all progressive and democratic-progressive users in the community to defend the vitality of the Empires Mod and to continue defending its community.”(1) Today that mobilization process is ongoing, being countered only by the savage repression of the Deeists who seek only the continued stagnation of the mod and its community for their own ends.
The “Empires is Dead” group has within it many figures who openly speak in favor of splitting the mod. Indeed, the “Baron” Evil-Satan along with Kane the furry who both sought to split the mod in 2011 and 2010 respectively are members of this group. Of course the Deeists have always feigned “support” for the mod, such as the case of Chris0132, a leading “theoretician” of the Deeist clique who in July 2009 stated “nobody plays [Empires], we all just troll the forums all day and we killed the dev team ages ago and stuffed their bodies in the server room.”(2) Trickster, when asked by Predator why he did not condemn the “Empires is Dead” group, said that he doesn’t care enough about the mod to do so. At the present eth0 is presenting himself as the foremost “savior” of the mod by proclaiming an “Empires II” with himself at the head. He says that “Empires deserves a better engine with a more responsive dev team working *for* the community,” claims which are purely demagogic when not given actual content behind them. In fact experience demonstrates that it is not the self-proclaimed “geniuses” who are advancing the mod today but as the reactionary Deeist agent Deiform admitted in April 2010 “it’s actually the unnamed people that have carried the mod.”(3)

The Culture of the Empires Mod Released
May 22, 2012
The work by Macoud, The Culture of the Empires Mod, has been released and can be accessed at the Works section of the Empires League website. In this work Macoud lays out in a clear manner not only the origins of the culture of the mod and its whole community but also particular subjects, from literature to the case of the Blackhole along with analyzing how the whole culture of the mod and community has developed over time in contrast to the distorted claims of the Deeist clique and its apologists. The Central Committee of the Empires League judges this to be an exceptional work which advances our collective knowledge about the mod and the community around it.
Three Men Speak About the Empires Mod
By D Kruse, May 22, 2012
As the Deeist clique continues to harm the mod and its community in every conceivable direction various users and figures have been speaking their mind, with the former expressing sadness at the present state of things and the latter expressing their contempt for Empires. Three men have spoken at some length on the present situation the users find themselves in. The first is veteran user Futajow, who says that “i dont like what the devs have done, i dont really like the community anymore, lack of the old community, its dead to me. bring back the fun, stop tearing apart the community, too much politics. the game has so much potential, the community is small. its mootant who said ‘in order to fix empires it needs to be broken first,’ so there it went, *breaks*. fuck man, ruin everything.” Upon realizing what was going on in regards to the “Empires is Dead” group and its function as a meeting-place of anti-mod forces, he promptly left it and continued, “communism [the reactionary figure] doesn’t play,” and he is a notable supporter of the “Empires is Dead” group. He also noted the importance of the Viper server in keeping the players of the game active despite the sabotage and DDoSing work of WalMartGreeter, Solokiller and the “ponies.” He concluded, “i wish you luck on your battle to make empires a better game/community.”
Princess Celestia, the degenerate leader of the “ponies” circling around the Empires Mod community and a friend of both Trickster and “King” Empty, was blunt. “I know for a fact 3 members of the staff are working on a new mod on a different engine, they really don’t care about the mod. It’s dead.” He also spoke of his trolling adventures. “We pissed off devourawr by ruining his summer tournament. Which was hilarious.” He continued on the subject of Viper, “When we trolled Vicky we made a program which launched hudnreds [sic.] of servers called ‘Vicky’s a kike’. A similar program with ‘Bring back the black hole’ would upset the powers that be. Empires servers are easy to ddos, all source engine games are. Why hate on Exiled Servers? I don’t care about empires, or whether or not it’s harmed. I took down vicky’s server because I thought it was entertaining. I ddos’d vicky because she was hilarious to annoy.” On the subject of both Trickster and “King” Empty, he considers them friends because “I consider myself friends with people who I watch my little pony with.” Near the end of the conversation he said that he was “busy discussing the ramifications of a pure white state in west africa” in his “Ponytime” TS with Axeman, “King” Empty’s friend PwnedYoAss, and others who he classified as “non-Empires guys.”
Finally FN198 discussed the situation at hand. “From a players perspective, it’s pretty lame. People aren’t very cooperative, or even knowledgeable about the basics of the game anymore. There aren’t many leaders and what leaders there are, are ineffective due to the lack of competent subordinates. Clans are all dead, there are no more clans. even the ones that still hold members no longer believe in the unity of their own clan. Groups such as the gentlemens’ club have emerged, scooping up all the players looking for scrims. These groups dont have any core anything, or shared values other than the desire to play empires, and because of this they’re weak, incohesive, and unreliable which ironically but accurately, mirrors the playerbase in general.”
Clearly a sign of a healthy community! And it was on May 20 that the number of active users reached an all-time low of 109.
The Deeist Clique Cares Only for Itself Against the Interests of the Empires Mod
By Todg, May 11, 2012
Due to the pronounced stagnation induced by the Deeist clique against the Empires Mod and its community, the Deeists have sought to justify their inactivity through all sorts of “arguments” to the effect that they are “too busy,” that they are “understaffed,” that they are “preoccupied” with “fighting Mr D,” etc. Meanwhile the Empires League is working actively to publicize the mod on the basis of the May 1 call of its Central Committee in a way which seeks to bring concrete results, not temporary and demagogic “results” whose luster lasts for a few days and is promptly forgotten in favor of increased stagnationism, as the popularity trick of Trickster and his cohorts focuses on. It is clear that the Deeist clique cares only for itself, for its degenerate allies who roam around the entire community and do with it as they like, freely bending the long-since emasculated rules of the Empires Forum with the approval of Deeism. The obvious negligence which the Deeist clique fosters not only has its roots in the fact that they are avowedly against organization, against coordination and teamwork in “developing” the mod as they are doing, but from the fact that in private many are frankly opposed to the mod, regard its community as composed of “cunts” who evidently reject the principle of droits de cul so enamored by leading Deeists and their degenerate “theorists.” The Deeists openly attack all users who stand against furries, against animé and against all other forces which harm the whole community by degrading its quality and producing drama.
The anti-mod and anti-user course of the Deeist clique is evident in all directions no matter where one looks. Under Deeist direction the clans of the mod, the Empires Wiki, the security of the forum and its software, the reputation of the mod itself and especially of its community, etc. all demonstrate only the carelessness of Deeism. In the case of the Empires Wiki, for instance, the reactionary Deeist agent ImSpartacus called it “garbage” and also called for its removal, adding that, “Maybe it will accelerate Empires’ death? Euthanasia is ethical.”(1) He was not at all rebuked by the Deeists for saying these words. On the contrary, such words are common discourse amongst many Deeists who express in words their “support” for the mod but in deeds harm it and its community. The stagnation evident within this community and the continued decline in the amount of active users, contrary to the ridiculous and opportunistic assertions of Grantrithor, Trickster, and others that the “forums do not matter,” clearly have an impact so long as the Empires Forum and Empires Mod are located on the same planet. Thus in a community where the active users on the forum are below 120, the Deeist agent Candles reports that, “Past few days, the servers have been mostly empty.”(2) In a community where the Deeists boast openly of the total and completely intentional lack of an organized “development team,” it is not surprising for the genuinely contributive individuals forced to endure this peculiar “teamwork” to note how things really stand. “I am the only developer,” the democratic-progressive user Viroman has said. When the Black Mesa: Source team, working on a project aiming towards professional quality, can achieve genuine development with 14 “core” members in all sorts of matters of varying importance, mathematics would show that the Empires Mod “development team,” if it were not constrained by Deeist incompetence and idiocy, could make much more progress under its present conditions with even fewer hands.
Time has demonstrated the fact that the Deeist clique is against the interests of the mod and the users who defend and carry forward this mod. When in April 2011 Mr D stepped forward, as he did in the years 2005 and 2006, and worked to publicize the mod by being interviewed on the website ModSentry, the Deeists attacked him not because of the quality of the interview, but because it was Mr D who gave it. The degenerate Deeist blizzerd in fact called it a “very good article,” but was open about the fact that he, too, harassed the ModSentry staff and sought to remove the article alongside the work of Trickster, “King” Empty and others who demonstrate their skill in intentionally undermining the mod as against actually strengthening and developing it. As Mr D has said at the time, “The fear Deeism has for our democratic movement has been amply demonstrated in the past, with one recent example being seen in the shameful activity of the Deeists and their supporters against ModSentry and against attempts by our movement to promote the Empires Mod.”(3)

Mr D and knighttemplar in Defense of the Culture of the Empires Mod
By Kuzkin, May 12, 2012
Ever since the beginning of his presence in the Empires Mod community in October 2005, Mr D has always worked on an arduous and self-sacrificing basis to defend the culture of the Empires Mod against not only degenerative influences, but where possible the effects of time itself. A man of defined knowledge and know-how, Mr D has waged a continuous and practical struggle in all fields for the propagation of that which is good and the disposal of that which is harmful within the whole community. This process, which demands rigorous scientific methodology, could be seen in an early form in his efforts to preserve a cherished document of lasting importance to the whole community. On this day, 6 years ago, Mr D brought out from certain destruction “A n00b’s Guide to Empires,” originally posted by Daman, a supporter of progress in the community and a sympathizer of the democratic movement of the Blackhole. This work, which even today retains a clear timeliness and has definite humor, was not safe even from the certain destruction which it would have suffered from as a result of the movement from the old forum to the new at the time. Only minutes after posting it Solokiller slanderously declared, “You have just violated copyright laws.”(1) whereas Mr D was defended by veteran users such as AlexCA117, The Buttery Lobster, knighttemplar and others who on IRC and through other mediums of communication thanked Mr D for posting it. Mr D himself refuted the claims of Solokiller who was speaking, as all Deeists were, against all that was good within the community.
Through this act Mr D made a lasting contribution to the continued cultural vibrancy of the Empires Mod community, though of course not one which alone could guard against the torrents of degeneration introduced by the Deeist clique. The Empires League sought to reinforce the work of Mr D in this respect. In order to ensure that the Deeists would not delete the topic as they deleted many of Mr D’s topics and posts (along with the topics and posts of many other users), knighttemplar, a co-founder of the League, put the satirical article on the Empires Wiki on August 3, 2007. By doing this knighttemplar also demonstrated the value of the Wiki as a reservoir of the best cultural artifacts of the whole community. Just as knighttemplar worked to further this community in all directions, Mr D today continues the work of all the progressive and democratic-progressive users of the past alongside the cadre of the League and all progressive users struggling today to better the mod and its entire community, to resolutely expose the Deeist clique and its fundamentally anti-user and anti-mod nature.

Stagnation in the Service of Deeism and Degeneration
By Aly, May 14, 2012
The establishment of the Deeist clique in the year 2005, its work to take over the Blackhole and from this the entire community in the years 2006-2007, the influx of degenerate and in fact alien standards within the community through the allies of Deeism, from the furries, animé lovers, and other deleterious forces, have bore a poisonous fruit in the form of the continued stagnation of the mod and its community since the year 2011. The words of Mr D are being confirmed as every week passes; that “the policies of the Deeist clique are leading the mod and its community into deepening stagnation, into ever present signs of defeatism, into increasing degeneration, which the sub-cliques of Deeism are hoping to take advantage of in order to advance their own anti-mod and anti-user aims.”(1) This prescient analysis of the objective material conditions is not, however, “inevitable” as the “theorists” of Deeism like to pretend it is. In fact, the League is actively working to the best of its abilities in order to counter this state of affairs, despite the unfavorable circumstances combined with the repressive work of the Deeists and their henchmen against all progressive and forward-looking users. The nihilists amongst Deeism propagate the lie that Empires is “dead” or “dying,” while the apologists of Deeism say “it is a mod, it will die; all dies,” and use pseudo-philosophy to justify this point. Thus RampantAndroid calls what Mr D does in the service of the mod bad because, “Not only does he believe it, he is passionate about it.”(2) It is not for noting that CoffeeBurrito, an opportunist and lackey of the Deeists, said that RampantAndroid was one of the most schizophrenic figures he knew. But it is true that Mr D and all good users are passionate about the mod, its history, its community (or what is left of it after the decimation of its ranks by Deeism), and also its prospects and overall potential in the future.
The stagnation currently affecting the mod is clearly to the benefit of the Deeist clique and its allies no matter how much Trickster, “King” Empty, Brutos, Beerdude, Mootant and other leading Deeist figures try to deny it. But deny it they try, just as they attempt to prop up “independent-minded” figures such as John Shandy and Grantrithor, Axeman and WalMartGreeter, PatPeter and so on who are in the service of Deeism. Each of these opportunists advanced in some form or another the interests of individual Deeists against others. Thus John Shandy spoke out against “King” Empty in a way which was both superficial and in the service of Brutos, who was disinterested in wielding power against the interests of “King” Empty. Axeman and WalMartGreeter also voiced their opposition to “King” Empty, but as with Shandy their “criticism” was of a completely inoffensive and practically useless nature as they themselves sought to split the work of the users in the November-December Rising of 2010. Grantrithor, PatPeter, Dubee, dizzyone, Thor, Alucard and various others throughout the years have also sought to appear “defiant” at one time or another but are similarly in the service of Deeism. They sought to reduce all the problems in the community down to one figure, or even more ridiculously blamed the problems on “intolerance” and so forth. In the end they suggest things that could only bring further harm to the community, such as Shandy arguing that the rules of the forum were too strict rather than the opposite being the case, or Alucard, PreDominance and others at different times arguing in favor of animé and furries and for the propagation of both degenerate cultures against the interests of the whole community. Others, like PatPeter, advance politics and other degenerative “solutions” in the community while in private making common cause with the Deeists.
In the conditions of stagnation such figures find fertile breeding ground owing to the discontent of the userbase. Against such opportunism has been the Empires League which works alongside the democratic movement of the Blackhole. Unlike Shandy, PatPeter, and so on, both the League and the democratic movement have advanced nothing less than scientific materialism, a clear analysis of Deeism, its origins and its future, and has marched forward calling not for deposing this or that individual Deeist, but by striking directly at Deeism itself and all that supports it. At present the pronounced stagnation within the community allows the Deeists both to consolidate their positions in a climate of apathy, and at the same time to “save” the mod through an inflow of degenerate and otherwise uncontributive footsoldiers who will act in the service of Deeism because they owe their existence within the community to it.

On the Anti-Mod Course of Deeism
By D. Kruse, May 17, 2012
In the past three months the anti-mod activities of the Deeist clique have manifested themselves in ways both new and old taking into account the growing dislike of the whole userbase with the pronounced stagnation and increasing degeneration of the whole community. The continued stagnation and its deepening demonstrate clearly that the Deeists are incapable of developing the mod and maintaining any community. The Deeist clique sees itself as an “elite” force which is incapable of sharing power with the hoi polloi who are said to be ignorant, idiotic masses incapable of the “glories” that these Deeists claim for themselves. They refuse to make the design document of the mod public even though Trickster admits that it isn’t followed “at all.”(1) But of course he will never allow the design document to be made public due to its inherently progressive nature. “King” Empty meanwhile moans about the whole community based on the bed in which he made and only reluctantly stays around to sleep in (or more accurately manipulate and roam around in at will with his lackeys) by stating that “average pubber is now retarded [sic.] autistic 10 year old.”(2) Mr D by contrast noted in January last year the origins of words such as these: “Brutos, seeking to justify the occupation of the Blackhole proper without immediately resorting to matters relating to our movement, said that there was a ‘crap overload,’ but even Grantrithor had pointed out at an earlier date that in 2006—as far as he could see—the Blackhole proper was a significantly better place, and that the attacks against our movement were concurrent with the degeneration of the Blackhole proper and the rise of ‘crap’ under Deeist tutelage.”(3) The occupation of the Blackhole proper in August 2010 was but the logical result of its degeneration under years of Deeist domination and the subsequent rise in the work of the democratic movement which brought and still brings today fear in the minds of all the Deeist reactionists.
The egocentric policies of the Deeists have manifested themselves throughout the years in the unwarranted self-importance many hold, in the sociopathic and sycophantic activities they engage in, in the degenerate, personalist, furry, animé and other pastimes of their choice, and so on. Just recently Trickster was informed that the Empires League is working to get an interview for the mod. His first question was who will interview him, something that gives the lie to his claim that ” I am not the lead developer”(4) and also demonstrates his inflated ego. It is the veterans of the mod, of its whole community who have struggled for years in its defense and for the good of both who shall work to conduct such interviews. To Trickster and the other so-called “developers” we say: develop the mod, get rid of the furries, the animé lovers, the enthusiasts of “lolicon” like Cpatton and Co., the Neo-Nazis and personalists, the mentally insane and the trolls, the “ponies” and the 4Channers, and so on and so forth. But step aside otherwise, for the users united and given leadership under the League shall handle this matter, not the incompetent Deeists. The anti-mod course of the Deeists, their obvious dislike of the whole community because it does not “accept” their deviancy, does not and will not intimidate the work of the progressive and democratic-progressive users in their valiant efforts to secure a better future for both the mod and its userbase in the struggle against Deeism and all other forms of reaction.
As Mr D has said, “it is the users who decide the affairs of the Empires Mod in the end.”(5)

Conclusions to be Drawn from Mr D’s Speech to the Central Committee of the Empires League
By D. Kruse, May 1, 2012
Today Chairman Mr D delivered an important speech to all cadre of the League in the service of the entire community of the Empires Mod. In his speech he outlined the challenges facing this community in battle with the Deeist clique and against other negative phenomena which has arisen as a result of this clique’s consistently anti-user and anti-mod policies. The conclusions which can be drawn from this speech are as follows:
1. The cadre of the League must be more firmly schooled in materialist dialectics and in the scientific nature of the objective analysis of phenomena. They must work, also, to provide for others in a reciprocal manner study materials which elucidate both subjects.
2. The cadre of the League must work to publicize the mod to others and to do their best to cancel out the deleterious effects of years of Deeist domination over the Empires Mod which has produced profound stagnation within it in all fields. To publicize the mod means to get the word out, but not to everyone; to promote good-quality users and players and not to merely spam links or suchlike activities. The publicizing of the mod must proceed in a concrete manner befitting the mass-based work of the League.
3. A more profound analysis should be made of various facets of the whole community and works should be written (as time permits) on such subjects as culture, development and the rules of the forum.
By fulfilling these three calls the work of the Empires League will assume both greater clarity and will become ever more greatly linked in theory and practice with the work of the mass of the whole userbase.
The Anti-User Course of Deeism: A Consistent Course of Treachery
By Todg, May 3, 2012
Ever since the establishment of the Deeist clique in the year 2005, the policies it has pursued and is pursuing have consistently expressed a course at fundamental odds with the interests of the Empires Mod and its community. Since the beginning of its existence it has sought to consolidate its control at the expense of the mod and its whole community and has also sought to reinforce this control through the expansion of the ranks of those forces fundamentally at odds with having a good, contributive and prosperous community. This is because Deeism itself, as Mr D has noted, is a degenerate apparatus and ideology,”(1) it is inherently opposed to that which built the mod and its community up in the 2004-2006 period. The anti-user course of Deeism has expressed itself in various forms throughout the years, of which we can give some examples.
In the years 2005 and 2006 the progressive users mobilized under Jkun sought to end the malicious activities of Sgt. Mike and psyl0cibe, both racist allies of Dee and her cronies. Through their work, which was conducted alongside the vigilant activities of Jkun, Mr D and Slithzerikai, both men were unmasked and their attempts to sabotage the forum and the mod were kept in check despite the obstructionist policies of Dee. During this period and also during the year 2006 in which the forum suffered from a hacking attack, Dee played an active role in attacking those who stood for a defense of the forum from the dual problems of internal instability and the rising influx of degenerate and otherwise malicious figures. Dee opposed the move onto the present-day Empires Forum from the older, less secure temporary forum that replaced it. It was later rumored that Sgt. Mike, psyl0cibe, Ganks and other agents of Dee had hacked the old forum and caused it to be taken down.
In June 2009 Kane the furry along with PreDominance and blizzerd sought to incite a “furry uprising” in the community with the goal of assuming power for themselves. Despite this fact, Trickster, “King” Empty and other “developers” allowed Kane to gain access to important files relating to the Empires Mod. In March 2010 Kane promptly threatened the mod through his ownership of these files and at the same time also tried to initiate a coup once more with the aid of Coffeeburrito and others. This, too, failed; this time the users played a decisive role under the influence of the progressive and democratic-progressive organizations, refusing to give their support to this personalist intrigant. To this day Kane the furry and “King” Empty “get along fine,” according to Trickster;(2) something true of his relations with most other Deeists as well.
In September 2010 DDoSers who came had settled into the community with the encouragement of WalMartGreeter and Solokiller presented a clear danger to the Empires Mod. Despite this Trickster and others not only refused to upgrade the forum interface by arguing that they supposedly can’t be bothered, but no action has been done against those backers of the DDoS attacks due to their extensive links with Deeism and, in the specific case of WMG, the “ponies.”
Time and time again the Deeist clique has betrayed the interests of the users. Many more examples can be given.

Deeist-Initiated Stagnation Harms the Entire Community
By R. Dasgupta, May 6, 2012
The base anti-user policies of the Deeist clique have produced in the past year an obvious policy of enforced stagnation which has its origins both in the rising degeneracy within the community, which is allowed to run rampant with the approval of this clique, and also in the increasingly bastardized conception of “developed” as forwarded by these Deeists, which seeks to distort on a lasting basis what genuine development of the mod actually entails. The prolonged and deepening stagnation within the community, if it is allowed to continue unabated, cannot fail to produce lasting effects harmful to the entire community and, therefore, to the development of the mod itself. Not only within the ranks of the progressive users, but also even in the ranks of the Deeists and their sympathizers, one can witness the growth of defeatist sentiments which in the former case are checked through carrying forward a scientific-materialist analysis of the situation at hand, but which in the case of the latter can produce harmful phenomena on account of the overall troll-friendly and malicious nature of “bored” Deeists.
It is clear that many users consider the mod to be stagnant despite the denials of this fact by Trickster and other leading Deeists. To give some examples, on May 1 the degenerate Alucard calls the mod “dead,” whereas Guns and Wham-O said on February 19 that, “No one hardly plays Empires.” Youzy, a Deeist and animé lover like Alucard, said on April 5 that he’s “pretty much quitted playing [Empires],” and so on. The stagnation of the mod and its community also has an effect on its quality. Whereas in 2005 and 2006 good users were generally kicked out of the community by Deeism, today certain contributive users are entertaining defeatist sentiments as a result of the anti-user policies of the Deeist clique. As Mr D has pointed out however, “When one commits to something they cannot rely on mere faith, but on certainty; on the scientific-materialist methodology which makes clear the future trends and developments, which makes it absurd, in effect, to adopt a defeatist position in the first place. And it is here that the origin of defeatism amongst genuinely committed individuals is to be found.”(1) Through the policies of Deeism the users are being clearly harmed in all the ways the Deeists themselves can contemplate.

Who Defends the Empires Mod?
By Kuzkin, May 9, 2012
The hypocritical claims of the Deeist clique, its unending and sociopathic contempt for the truth, that it is the only force capable of “defending” the Empires Mod is shown to be increasingly baseless by the facts at hand within the community and in the “development” (under Deeist misdirection) of the mod itself. From the evident lack of concern about the pronounced stagnation affecting the mod and the whole community which is only occasionally met with excuses on the part of this clique that its members are too “busy” to “develop” a mod in which they avowedly oppose organizing themselves to actually work on, to the growing acceptance of degenerate trends such as politics, animé, racism, furries, and other negative phenomena, the Deeists quickly demonstrate their anti-user and anti-mod positions despite the demagogic claims they put forward. Thus on May 5 Foxy, one of the various furries who “King” Empty associates with and who in the year 2010 playeda role of an agent in “King” Empty’s work against the democratic movement of the Blackhole, proclaimed that he “doesn’t care about Empires.” On December 27, 2011 “Viscount” Grantrithor, in a conversation with Mr D, noted that Trickster along with all the other “developers” was doing “dick all” and that Trickster in particular “gave up on this game.” On May 8 the Empires Forum reached a new low of 118 “active” users.
The continued stagnation of the whole community under this misdirection contrasts quite openly with the successful policies of a genuine development team as the mod enjoyed in the 2004-2006 period, a period which knew no crises in this team, which knew no “dramatic” splits, no sociopathic intrigue or other effects which came into being with the conquest of power by Deeism over the entire community and the mod itself. Mr D and the Empires League lead the way in providing the community with a genuine defense against negative forces from the aforementioned degenerates to the would-be DDoSers, mod-splitters and others who clearly express their contempt for the mod in deeds. Among other things the League has worked to publicize the design document, has discussed the subject with veteran developers who have confirmed that such a document can be made public, but which the Deeists do not want to do and have explicitly refused to do until very recently, in which case they expressed “interest” in it and then worked to let the matter rest without conclusion. The reason in part was obvious, as was expressed by Chris0132, that any organization of a team of “developers” would be contrary to Deeism and to his own Aspergers-influenced worldview, one which compares Haitians to iPhones and other such things.
What “development” can the Deeists speak of when they themselves admit that barely anything is done? What sort of “progress” is in store for those users who daily witness the continued stagnation and deterioration of the whole community under the “good graces” of the Deeist clique? Angry Hillbilly of the EPIC Clan stated on April 28 that the “development team” was “possibly the slowest dev team (and most squabbliely [sic.]) one ive witnessed.” What “merits” do the present crop of “developers” have when by Trickster’s admission he deserves credit for nothing, when Marcin formerly called the mod “buggy” and “dead,” when “King” Empty routinely attacks the entire community as comprised of “retards,” and so on? The Empires League will work to truly further the mod, and will do so until Deeism itself as an organized anti-user force is no more. The actions of this League strive to consistently defend the mod and community, no matter the risks.
The Clans of the Mod Remain Stagnant
By Aly, April 26, 2012
A result of years of Deeist-influenced degeneration within the community has been the perpetual stagnation of the clans of the Empires Mod, which in turn has had a negative effect on the community in multiple directions. The stagnation of the mod comes from various directions which have their origin in the anti-user activities of the Deeists in terms of “development” and its bastardization thereof, in terms of the role of the community and its well-being (or lack thereof under Deeism), and among other things the role of the clans of the mod as well. The stagnation of the clans of the mod cannot be solved without first ensuring their activization in the affairs of the community not through ultimately superficial “tournaments” and scrims, but through concrete work in linking the clans with the mod itself and turning them from reservoirs of degeneration and opportunism to reserves of advanced and learned players. This is done in the first place by doing away with the Deeist-backed leaderships of each of the clans. At the present the clans of the mod serve as in-and-out organizations barely worthy of the name. Their only activity is to once in a while host the aforementioned scrims and to bicker amongst themselves in ways which allows the voice of the rival sub-cliques of Deeism to come through rather than the voice of the users.
The state of the clans of the mod can be gauged by the lack of interest many supposed members have not only concerning the mod but also the clan itself, which naturally dissipates in terms of interest when suffering from both incompetent leadership and a lack of connection to the mod it supposedly represents. Interested clan members are not oblivious to the dire straits many of the clans face; Cookie Monster of BSID called the clan “dead as ever” on April 24. The fall of RKB has not, as the League noted, put an end to the problems facing the BSID Clan and has especially not resolved the fact that the Thor-Cpatton leadership is wholly reactionary and in the service of Deeism. The BSID Clan no longer has a man at the helm who wants to fully separate the clan from the mod, but now Thor and Cpatton and their friends within the clan want to “branch out” into other games, a demagogic maneuver which will merely open the door for total separation in the future, and which will in fact make the prospect of such severing of ties more “attractive” to those swayed by Deeist demagogy. The same anti-mod and anti-BSID policy pursued by RKB is therefore being pursued under a more gradual mask by the Neo-Nazi Thor and his friend Cpatton.
The stagnation of the mod and of the clans can only be solved through an all-around effort which links the interests of the whole userbase together in bettering all fields relating to the mod and its community. As Mr D has noted, there can be no struggle against Deeism within the clans without a struggle against the reactionary, Deeist-backed leaderships. The consistent struggle against these leaderships constitutes an outstanding task of the rank-and-file of each clan. Only through this can the main obstacle for the activization of the clans in the service of the mod be overcome.
The Deeist Clique Always Against the Users
By R. Dasgupta, April 29, 2011
Throughout the month of April the Deeist clique has had to fare with a number of developments which demonstrate its fundamentally anti-user and anti-mod nature to an ever greater number of users. Most indicative of the profound stagnation the entire community is facing is the fact that this month saw a historic low in terms of active users, but this is of course not all. This month saw the continuation of the Deeist policy of refusing to publicize the design document, it saw a broken promise by the Deeists, who are avowedly not organized and thus make a joke out of the words “development” and “team,” that the mod would see a patch release this month, it saw the continued attempts by the Deeists to degenerate the Blackhole through the so-called “Butthole” bantustan, and so on. Meanwhile the month of April saw the continuance of all that the Deeists have brought into the community: degenerate influences, stagnation, apathy, mental instability, etc. Thus the month of April has been one of consistent opposition to the users and their interests, just as the Deeists have always been in fundamental opposition to them since 2005.
Mr D noted in January 2011 that the Deeists will eventually seek to bring into the community “new blood” which will be made to service Deeism and that, “To do this they will have to co-opt those coming in and ensnare those who are more reluctant or cautious.” He further noted that the Deeists “thus hope to utilize the popularity trick in order to prop up their ailing clique,”(1) something the next month will see more of as the Deeists prepare to release a “patch,” if they can even accomplish this. Meanwhile, as Viroman has pointed out, “the community is the lake of acidic shit that converts or burns you.”(2) So long as the “new blood” within the community will continue to come from degenerative sources and so long as the amount of degenerates and reactionaries coming continue to serve as loyal footsoldiers of the Deeist clique, their policy of attacking the progressive and democratic-progressive users of the Empires Mod will continue. This clique itself is reliant on a degenerate base on which it can attempt to grow. Herein lies the basis of the fact that the Deeist clique will always be in fundamental and antagonistic contradiction to the interests of the users.
